Here's the deal we make with every customer in Macomb County:

First, we won't take a job we can't do right. If you text us a photo of a 30-year-old oil stain bonded into the concrete or a roof that's already failing, we'll tell you — and we'll tell you what we can do. No yes-and-pray.

Second, when we show up, we test before we wash. Every surface gets a small test patch first. We adjust pressure and solution to the material.

Third, before we leave, we walk the property with you. If you're not home, we text a photo set and call. If anything's not right, we fix it before we pack up.

Fourth — the actual promise: If, after we leave, you can still see what you hired us to clean — that streak, that stain, that algae — we come back and re-wash that area free. No diagnostic fee. No callout fee.

Fifth — the backstop: If we come back and still can't get it where you want it, you don't pay. Not the original invoice. Not anything. We'd rather lose a day of work than have a customer pay for something they're not happy with.

Sixth — the 90-day window: If algae streaks, mildew, or that black film come back on a soft-washed surface within 90 days, we come back and re-wash that area free.
