House Soft Wash
Your siding doesn't need a power blast — it needs the right cleaning solution at the right low pressure. We coat the surface in a biodegradable wash that kills algae, mildew, and the gray film that builds up over Michigan winters, then we rinse it clean. Driveway & Concrete
The driveway is the first thing your neighbors see. Years of leaf stains, tire rubber, road salt, and engine drips bake into the concrete and don't come out on their own. We use a commercial surface cleaner (the round flat tool — gives you even passes with no zebra stripes), then detail the edges, expansion joints, and high-traffic corners with a wand. Done in 1–2 hours for a typical 2-car driveway.

Roof Soft Wash
Those black streaks on your shingles aren't dirt — they're algae (Gloeocapsa magma if you want the science). They eat the limestone in your shingles and shorten the life of your roof. We apply a low-pressure cleaning solution that kills the algae at the root and rinses clean. No high pressure on a roof — ever. The result lasts years, not months, and protects the asset.

Deck & Fence
Wood, vinyl, composite — different surfaces, different methods. We test pressure on a hidden area first, then dial in the right approach. We strip the gray weathering off wood without raising the grain. We clean vinyl without making it chalky. We bring composite back to factory-clean without scuffing it. If you're staining after, your deck is bone-clean and ready.
