Tyler started Butter Wash Co. after years of watching friends and neighbors get burned by contractors who didn't show, didn't call back, and didn't clean up. The idea was simple: run the kind of company he'd want to hire himself.
Born and raised in Macomb County, he knows these neighborhoods — the brick ranches in Shelby, the colonials in Rochester, the decks and patios that take a beating every Michigan winter. Every job gets the same attention whether it's a quick driveway or a full house wash.
Built Butter Wash Co. in Utica with one belief: the contractor experience for the average homeowner is broken — calls that don't get returned, prices that change at the end, sloppy cleanup. We do the opposite of all three.
Why "Butter Wash"
Smooth, friendly, memorable. And intentionally not tied to one service so we can grow into gutter cleaning, window cleaning, deck staining, and holiday lighting as the business matures. We want to be the one call you make for the outside of your house.
